Science videos, spiritual videos, and empowerment videos that I have seen all have the same common thread; they are hosted by gorgeous young men and women. "Be like me, believe in yourself, and you can be healthy, wealthy and happy." Sure, maybe, if I were enough like you to be young, hip and gorgeous.

In any industry, there are a plethora of jobs that must be filled, and skills that are needed. You would think that the winning combination would be to put the older and more experienced people in positions to teach, mentor, and guide the younger employees while they are still learning. Because THAT is how you win a Superbowl!
