men have feelings, just as women do, and we cry, and maybe it's not manly...but it's human.
we need to normalize this discussion, and be more supportive of one another. Understanding that these conditions are real, that there is no need for shame, that they are relatively common, and that the discussion should be normalized is important for a healthier and more understanding community.
A friend posted something about the first day of winter, and I couldn't help but post that the sooner winter starts, the sooner we will be through it. Winter yields to spring, with new life budding, and a new excitement.
